Remote Terminal Control
Install the “Remote Access” app on the terminal (see: "https://learn.psr-it.com/en/customers/category/applications").
Turn on the terminal and its display.
Go to the Terminals section in your account.
Select the terminal and click its name.
Click Remote Access.
You can now manage your terminal remotely.
💡 Tip: Ensure the terminal has an active internet connection for seamless remote control.
View Terminal Information at a Glance
Navigate to the Terminals section.
Here, you can check:
The shop linked to the terminal.
Activation date and the last online status.
Click on the terminal's name for detailed information, including:
- 🔹Model: The specific model or version of your terminal device.
- 🔹Activation date: The date when your terminal was first activated and made ready for use.
- 🔹Android ID: A unique identifier assigned by the Android operating system to your terminal.
- 🔹Brand: The manufacturer or brand name of your terminal.
- 🔹Software version: The current version of software or firmware installed on your terminal.
- 🔹Store: The store or branch to which your terminal is currently assigned.
- 🔹Terminal installation address: The physical address where the terminal is installed and actively used.
- 🔹Serial number: A unique serial number provided by the manufacturer for tracking and identification purposes.
- 🔹IMEI: International Mobile Equipment Identity - a unique 15-digit number used to identify mobile terminals.
- 🔹Last update date: The date when your terminal last received a software or firmware update.
- 🔹Store location: The geographical location of the store associated with the terminal, helping you quickly identify its placement.
💡 Tip: Use this feature to monitor terminal usage and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Renaming a Terminal
Go to the Terminals section.
Select the terminal you wish to rename and click its name.
Click Edit Device below the terminal's name.
Enter the new terminal name.
Click Apply to save changes.
💡 Tip: Use clear and descriptive names to quickly identify terminals in your system.
Reassigning a Terminal to a New Store
Open the Terminals section.
Select the terminal and click its name.
Click Edit Device below the terminal's name.
Choose the new store and click Apply.
A "Changes saved" message confirms the update.
⚠️ Warning: Reassigning a terminal will update its stock balance and employee list to match the new store.
Analyzing Terminal Sales
In the Terminals section, select the terminal and click its name.
Open the Analytics tab to review:
Sales and returns.
Number and types of transactions.
Use filters to customize the displayed data.
💡 Tip: Use this feature to identify sales trends and optimize terminal usage.
Removing Applications from a Terminal
Go to the Terminals section.
Select the terminal and click its name.
Open the Applications tab.
Click the trash icon next to the application you wish to remove.
Confirm by clicking Remove.
💡 Tip: Regularly remove unused applications to free up terminal storage and improve performance.
