Maintaining accurate records for customers and suppliers ensures smooth business operations. This manual provides detailed steps for managing customer and supplier profiles efficiently.

Creating a Counterparty

Navigate to CRM/SRM/Customers & Suppliers โ†’ Customers & Suppliers.

  • ๐Ÿ”นClick +create.png.
  • ๐Ÿ”นChoose Company or Individual.

Enter the following details:

  • ๐Ÿ”นName (required): The full name of the company or individual.
  • ๐Ÿ”นTax ID (required): The tax identification number used for legal and financial purposes.
  • ๐Ÿ”นComment (optional): Additional notes or internal remarks about the counterparty.
  • ๐Ÿ”นInternal Code (optional): A system-specific identifier that can be used for internal tracking or integration with other systems.
  • ๐Ÿ”นStatus (Active or Deleted): Select either Active or Deleted.
    • Active: The counterparty is currently in use.
    • Deleted: The counterparty is no longer active but retained in the system for historical reference.

If sending electronic invoices, provide:

  • ๐Ÿ”นCountry
  • ๐Ÿ”นProvince
  • ๐Ÿ”นDistrict
  • ๐Ÿ”นStreet
  • ๐Ÿ”นBuilding
  • ๐Ÿ”นOffice

Contacts โ€“ Provide relevant contact details.

Click Create once complete.
