Creating a Counterparty
Navigate to CRM/SRM/Customers & Suppliers โ Customers & Suppliers.

Enter the following details:
- ๐นName (required): The full name of the company or individual.
- ๐นTax ID (required): The tax identification number used for legal and financial purposes.
- ๐นComment (optional): Additional notes or internal remarks about the counterparty.
- ๐นInternal Code (optional): A system-specific identifier that can be used for internal tracking or integration with other systems.
- ๐นStatus (Active or Deleted): Select either Active or Deleted.
- Active: The counterparty is currently in use.
- Deleted: The counterparty is no longer active but retained in the system for historical reference.
If sending electronic invoices, provide:
- ๐นCountry
- ๐นProvince
- ๐นDistrict
- ๐นStreet
- ๐นBuilding
- ๐นOffice
Contacts โ Provide relevant contact details.
Click Create once complete.
