Tracking product movement is essential for monitoring stock flow, identifying trends, and managing logistics effectively. This guide provides instructions for recording and analyzing product movements.

Viewing Product Movements

Accessing Product Movement Records

Navigate to Analytics → Product Movement.

You can use filters to sort movements by:

  • šŸ”¹Product
  • šŸ”¹Date
  • šŸ”¹Employee
  • šŸ”¹Counterparty
  • šŸ”¹Transaction register

Select a specific product to view its complete transaction history, which includes:

Transaction Type (e.g., sale, transfer, restock, write-off)

Product Movement Report

Navigate to Analytics → Product Movement and select the desired report.

Customizing the Report

Use available filters to customize the report according to your needs.

Once you've selected your filters, click Save the filter, then Apply to save your settings for future use.

Sorting and Arranging Columns

Click on a column header once to sort data in ascending order or twice for descending order.

To rearrange columns, drag the column headers left or right.

Exporting the Report

To export your report to Excel, right-click anywhere in the report area, select Export → Excel Export.
